Having held one of the highest-level Mortgage Banking roles as a President’s Club Mortgage Banker and Rock Partner at Rocket Mortgage, Marcel has brought his talents and expertise to ELE Wealth Management, Inc. to spearhead ELE Mortgage Services, Inc. as the new Director of Mortgage Services. His vision is to provide clients with an elite level of client service and experience while maximizing profits, which are just a few things Mr. Dobine plans to initiate as the new Director of Mortgage Services.
